Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Therapy Specialist to provide in-home and clinical therapy services for children with speech, language, and communication needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of speech and language skills, development, articulation ability, and voice and fluency disorders. Develop tailored treatment plans to address individual needs.
  • Therapy Services: Direct and administer speech therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to assist in the rehabilitation of individuals with functional disabilities of speech, language, voice, and swallowing.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with families, interdisciplinary team members, and primary caregivers to ensure seamless coordination of services.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Credentials: Master's Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure/Certification: Active Speech Therapist licensure/certification in Texas.
  • Experience: One year of experience as a Speech Therapist, preferably in pediatric settings.
