At WHITTINGHAM, we're seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Leadership Professional. With a passion for helping people and developing relationships, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs, with a preference for Salesforce
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
