Job Summary:

Alberici is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Communication: Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all project work meets Alberici's quality standards and client expectations.
  • Cost Management: Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Safety Management: Ensure that all project activities are conducted in a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Certifications: PMP, LEED AP, or other relevant certifications.
