  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects, ensuring the safety of personnel and the integrity of the facility.
  • Cost Control: Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses, to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OSHA, cGMP, EPA, and FDA requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in pharmaceutical and/or chemical manufacturing environments.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Word.
  • Certifications: OSHA 40-hour construction safety training and familiarity with chemical plant equipment and operations.
Working Conditions

The Construction Supervisor will work primarily in a manufacturing plant construction site setting, with occasional travel to design firms or equipment vendors required.
