Key Responsibilities:
- Review Contract Documents
- Lead and manage operators and laborers throughout the project lifecycle
- Schedule daily tasks for workers on each project
- Oversee daily operations and safety protocols for each project
- Assist in data collection for billing purposes
- Review and approve materials and equipment for project execution.
- Coordinate activities, materials, procurement, and other related tasks with Project Manager and Field Staff
- Communicate project progress and prepare necessary reports for Project Manager, Project Director, Owner's Representative, Architect, etc.
- Represent the company at weekly Project Owner's meetings
- Ensure the scheduling and performance of all operators and laborers on each project
- Supervise the review and coordination of submittals
- Ability to execute a project according to established plans


Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Construction
- Basic understanding of reading plans and specifications related to project construction.
- Familiarity with IDOT & MODOT standard specifications for road and bridge construction.
- Knowledge of pay items and job costing.
- GPS knowledge is an advantage.
