Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, management, and reporting of safety, scope, schedule, and budget across all project phases.
  • Review and approve vendor work scopes and conduct design evaluations of site and building plans.
  • Manage all aspects of submittal approvals, including RFIs, RFPs, SWAs, EWOs, PCOs, and material procurement.
  • Define project scope and lead the overall project strategy throughout its lifecycle.
  • Continuously monitor and manage the project plan to provide a comprehensive overview of project health and progress; actively manage critical paths and report status to leadership and clients at designated intervals.
  • Ensure that daily project activities align with the approved project plan and established standards.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on project financials throughout all phases.
  • Maintain job cost reports, ledgers, and budgets.
  • Assign necessary resources to the project and ensure clarity in task delegation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, leadership, and clients.
  • Identify and address key project-related issues and risks, collaborating with stakeholders to devise effective solutions.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are prepared and distributed appropriately.
  • Implement a thorough project closeout process, including the organization of all documentation in a standardized manner.
  • Build industry relationships and expand professional networks to create future business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience in managing large, complex construction projects, including both new builds and renovations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction process, budgeting, and procurement necessary for effective project management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, Bluebeam, and other project management software.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving project goals.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Ability to manage deadlines independently while supporting team members.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $125,000, depending on experience.
