This position acts as the Project Executive overseeing all initiatives in which they are involved. A comprehensive understanding of project financial management is essential, including budget estimates, financial reporting, overall profitability, and management of change orders. The role requires operational oversight of all projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and monitoring weekly progress across the organization. This position will involve mentoring and guiding Project Managers and Engineers, holding ultimate responsibility for project outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of financial forecasts.
- Evaluation of contracts and subcontracts.
- Act as the primary contact for general contractors, overseeing change orders and collections.
- Development of schedule values and participation in project buyouts and vendor assessments.
- Conduct weekly project reviews and updates with the project team.
- Attend monthly Directors Meetings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of ongoing project activities.
- Involve in early project planning, including sequencing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage relationships with general contractors.
- Collaborate on precise cost forecasting.
- Conduct monthly safety audits and mentor project team members, including Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Operations Managers.
- Address and resolve project-related issues.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering timely reports and presentations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project initiation, budget management, and financial reporting.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Thorough understanding of construction principles and practices.
- Expertise in critical path scheduling.
- Successful management of multiple self-performed concrete projects.
- Experience in leading project teams and fostering partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible approach.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
- Energetic and proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
