Position Summary:

This position acts as the Project Executive overseeing all initiatives in which they are involved. This position will involve mentoring and guiding Project Managers and Engineers, holding ultimate responsibility for project outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in project initiation, budget management, and financial reporting.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Thorough understanding of construction principles and practices.
  • Expertise in critical path scheduling.
  • Successful management of multiple self-performed concrete projects.
  • Experience in leading project teams and fostering partnerships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
  • Energetic and proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
