Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Manager is a key role within FIMCO Industries, responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts across assigned territories. This position requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with existing customers, while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and product demonstrations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts and strategic partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer support.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or agriculture.
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong understanding of agriculture products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
