Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at BD. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive range of medical products and devices to current and new accounts in a specific geographical area assigned by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve business objectives.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of product features and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
