Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Candor Industrial Supply, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and customer service, with the ability to drive sales growth through adding new clients and developing business through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct daily sales calls and visits to prospective and current customers across several key markets
- Provide VMI and similar services to customers
- Conduct quarterly review and SWOT meetings with customers
- Deliver products in a company vehicle
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Current valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand business math
- Ability to lift, slide, and lower packages that typically weigh 5lbs-50lbs but can sometimes weigh up to 75lbs
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft 365 (formerly Office) or similar is a plus
- Bilingual/multilingual is also a plus
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary plus Commission based on sales and gross profit growth
