Position Overview:


The Event Center Sales and Marketing Specialist at Milan Event Center is a full-time role focused on enhancing event reservations and boosting revenue streams.

This position will operate under the supervision of the Event Center Manager and is essential for driving the center's success.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for sales and marketing, excellent communication abilities, and a demonstrated history of achieving increased event bookings.


Compensation & Benefits:


The Event Center Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Milan Event Center provides a competitive salary range of $75,000-$95,000 annually, with bi-weekly payments.

Additionally, this position includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute sales and marketing plans to boost event reservations and enhance revenue
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current clients to promote repeat business and referrals
  • Perform market analysis to identify prospective clients and target demographics
  • Develop and present sales pitches to potential clients, showcasing the distinctive features and advantages of Milan Event Center
  • Negotiate agreements and pricing with clients, ensuring the financial viability of events
  • Collaborate with the event coordination team to guarantee a flawless event experience for clients
  • Leverage various marketing platforms, including social media, email outreach, and advertisements, to promote Milan Event Center and attract new clientele
  • Participate in industry gatherings and networking events to generate leads and foster relationships
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the Event Center Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the events sector
  • Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Self-driven and motivated to attain results
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for events and client engagements
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background verification
