Cardiorenal Sales Specialist

Bayer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiorenal Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for promoting our cardiovascular and renal products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, nephrologists, endocrinologists, primary care physicians, and pharmacy staff in the assigned territory.
- Drive the adoption of our cardiovascular and renal products by providing educational support and addressing customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on cardiovascular and renal products.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Advanced degree in a life science or related field.
- Experience in product launch and market development.
- Strong analytical and computer skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
