About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a pediatric nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to medically complex children in a home-based setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in pediatric care
To be considered for this role, you must have a current valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse, CPR certification, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
