Responsibilities


As a member of the internal Finance team, the Finance Associate – Financial Operations plays a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various financial systems and programs, including the Chrome River Expense Management System and the Corporate Credit Card Program.

The responsibilities include:

  • Administering system configuration, workflows, policies, and alerts.
  • Issuing and terminating credit cards while analyzing data for management reporting.
  • Troubleshooting user inquiries and providing training.
  • Ensuring processes are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Advocating for continuous improvement and embracing change management.
Key Duties:
  • Oversee the administration and troubleshooting of financial systems and programs, acting as the primary contact for vendor system administration.
  • Understand system configurations and workflows while adhering to guidelines and alerting management of concerns.
  • Support the issuance and termination of credit cards and analyze system usage for anomalies.
  • Provide internal client support for finance systems, addressing user inquiries effectively.
  • Analyze data and generate management reports, identifying trends and discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, serving as the liaison and troubleshooting system errors.
  • Embrace continuous improvements and adapt to rapid changes.
Qualifications


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1 to 3 years of accounting or financial experience, preferably with exposure to systems and technology.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
