Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Key Account Support Specialist. This role is designed to provide essential sales support within TAKKT FoodServices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute daily operations to enhance customer experience within a multi-channel contact center.
  • Support sales representatives and corporate-level clients, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Engage with clients to resolve inquiries and issues, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Document all customer service interactions and resolutions in the designated systems.
  • Continuously update product knowledge through training and independent research.
  • Communicate new insights and processes effectively with the team.
Qualifications
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in a multi-channel contact center or sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Salesforce, Trello, and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
