Key Responsibilities

- Act as the Executive Chef in their absence, managing kitchen operations effectively
- Regularly inspect hospitality areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Assist in strategic culinary research and development projects
- Identify and recruit talented individuals for our dynamic culinary team, conducting interviews as necessary
- Guide, mentor, and provide real-time coaching to develop Kitchen staff professionally
- Maintain a daily confidential log of training, service, and food-related issues addressed during shifts
- Adapt to the evolving nature of the business, achieving outstanding results despite challenges
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector
- Possess valid food safety certifications in accordance with State regulations
- Proficient knife skills
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively with all levels of management in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and innovative mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
