Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough inspections, cleaning, and assembly of aerospace components into final products, ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to execute mechanical assembly processes effectively.
3. Collaborate with production planning personnel to obtain necessary work instructions for assigned tasks.
4. Complete required documentation to meet all regulatory and customer requirements.
5. Operate hydraulic test equipment and utilize power hand tools and auxiliary machinery as needed.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and project teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; technical training beyond high school is preferred.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
- Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
