This position requires the adjustment, repair, and replacement of electrical components while ensuring compliance with specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
- Skilled in utilizing tools such as drills, calipers, cutters, and saws.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficient in accurately reading a measuring tape.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Competent in working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to maintain a tidy and organized workspace while adhering to safety practices.

Work Environment:
The work is primarily conducted indoors within a controlled environment, with occasional outdoor tasks. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats is mandatory. Precision and accuracy are of utmost importance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly & Installation:

Assemble electrical or electronic systems, support structures, and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings using rivets and bolts.

Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical components to facilitate wiring or assembly.

Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.

Fabricate or form parts, coils, or structures according to specifications using drills, calipers, cutters, or saws.

Inspection & Testing:
Inspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits for resistance factors or operational accuracy, and document results.
Measure and adjust voltages to specified values to determine operational accuracy of instruments (excluding pumps).

Repair & Adjustment:
Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic components to rectify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.

Documentation & Reporting:
Complete, review, or maintain production, time, or component waste reports.
Mark and tag components for effective stock inventory tracking.

Coordination & Communication:
Explain assembly procedures or techniques to fellow workers.
Collaborate with supervisors or engineers to plan or review work activities or to resolve production issues.
