  • Assist customer service representatives with order entry and customer inquiries.
  • Enter orders accurately for approval and production.
  • Process large volumes of data entry for all orders.
  • Communicate with sales managers regarding customer requests.
  • Follow up with customers on new and existing orders.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of customer service experience in an office setting.
  • Experience with data entry or order processing.
  • Strong administrative, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $20-$22.
  • A fully onsite work environment, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
