Inventory Control Specialist

McLane Company is seeking a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting daily location cycle counts and local purchase counts, performing damage reporting and data sheet entry, and verifying bill of lading and receiving quantity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily location cycle counts and local purchase counts
• Perform damage reporting and data sheet entry
• Verify bill of lading and receiving quantity
• Compile and submit daily out of stock/ship confirmation reports
• Perform critical counts/shorts and warehouse out of stocks
Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
