Job Title: AP Coordinator, Administration & Finance

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AP Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing key daily accounts payable duties, including customer and vendor inquiry resolution, invoice data entry, and review of electronic invoices and payment requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare invoices received for data input into the accounting system.
  • Evaluate purchase order invoices against the purchase order in the accounting system and determine approval route.
  • Invoice data entry for purchase order and non-purchase order invoices.
  • Field internal customer service inquiries from university departments to resolve payment issues.
  • Address vendor inquiries and work with vendors to resolve.
  • Review all invoice interface errors in the business-to-business procurement system and resolve standard errors.
  • Review and process E-Forms, including payments for non-employees.
  • Gather data for reporting related to key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree
  • Three (3) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
  • One (1) year of relevant work experience.
