Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist in event planning.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with front desk reception duties during receptionist breaks.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
