Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time CT Lead Imaging Technologist to oversee the daily operations of our imaging technical team, ensuring optimal service delivery and a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and define work expectations for imaging staff.
- Address minor performance issues promptly and collaborate with management on significant concerns.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members.
- Assist staff in overcoming challenges and enhancing their skills.
- Encourage professional development by setting goals and creating learning opportunities.
- Perform and supervise imaging examinations, ensuring accurate technical factors are utilized.
- Manage inventory and supplies necessary for daily operations.
- Oversee daily patient and staff scheduling for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and maintain updated protocols.
- Facilitate communication between radiologists and technologists to resolve issues.
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Required credentials: ARRT, NMTCB, RDMS, or RVT.
- Registry in the relevant imaging modality is mandatory.
- Educational background: Graduate from an accredited imaging program.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the specified modality or 5 years across multiple modalities.
