We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at Suburban Community Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures.
- Operate and maintain CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Process and transmit images to our Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
- Assist with patient preparation and positioning for imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
- One year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment required.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required.
- Graduate of a program accredited by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by state.
- CT ARRT Certification required (effective 07/01/2015).
- BCLS (AHA) certification required upon hire.
- Proficient computer skills.
