As a CT Lead Imaging Technologist, you will play a vital role in our mission by overseeing the daily operations of our imaging technical staff, ensuring optimal customer service and a pleasant environment for staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Clearly define work expectations for all technical staff.
    • Address minor performance issues immediately and directly. Work with management on serious performance issues.
    • Assist with performance appraisals annually.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Oversee Imaging examination selecting proper technical factors; maintain accurate record data.
    • Ensure responsible parties maintain an accurate and up-to-date protocol/QC manual.
    • Maintain ACR standings for all offices.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Oversee supplies and other accessories needed for office function.
    • Oversee patient and staff schedules on a daily basis to confirm accuracy.
    • Confirm that rooms and staff are being properly utilized.
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Act as a liaison for the radiologist and technologist.
    • Support radiologist with quality control issues.
  • Professional Development
    • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops.
    • Attend meetings as required.
Requirements
  • ARRT or NMTCB or RDMS or RVT (Required)
  • Registry in their Modality, Imaging Modality (ARRT, RDMS, RVT, NMTCB) required.
  • Education or Equivalent Experience:
    • Graduated from an accredited Imaging program.
    • 3+ years Experience in their modality.
    • 5+ years Experience in more than 1 modality.
