Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the field of ABA is preferred.
  • A commitment to pursuing RBT certification through completion of the 40-hour training course and supervision.
  • Ability to provide care in home settings.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in ABA is essential.
  • Availability for cases in South Brooklyn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering individualized in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients diagnosed with ASD.
  • Building a positive rapport with clients under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Implementing ABA therapy strategies and behavior management techniques as outlined by the BCBA based on each client's treatment plan.
  • Conducting data collection for clients and effectively communicating significant observations to the behavior analysis team.
  • Exhibiting adaptability while working with diverse clients with varying needs.
  • Maintaining effective communication with team members.
  • Fostering professional relationships with clients' parents and caregivers.
  • Adhering to scheduled hours and demonstrating professionalism at all times.
