Position: Behavior Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete essential training for effective therapy implementation
  • Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to promote skill development and mitigate challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Assist in training parents and caregivers as instructed
  • Gather and document client data for ongoing progress assessment
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to enhance treatment strategies
  • Provide services in diverse settings as necessary
  • Travel between client locations as required
