We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional I/ ACT Team QMHP to join our team at the Department of Mental Health-MHC Greater Greenville. As a key member of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, you will provide evidence-based services to individuals with serious mental illness, promoting recovery and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct services to ACT patients, guiding them in developing skills and strategies to achieve and maintain good mental health.
- Assist patients in accessing community services, resources, and agencies, and establishing support networks.
- Complete screenings and assessments for referrals and assist with development and revisions of instructional continuity plans.
- Provide family psychoeducation and work with beneficiaries' natural supports.
- Lead the person-centered planning process for patients of the ACT program.
- Participate in clinical supervision, treatment team meetings, and pursue professional development.
- A master's degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include licensure as an LISW-CP, LMFT, or LPC in the state of S.C. and a master's or doctoral degree from a program primarily psychological in nature from an accredited university.
