Job OverviewAs a Clinical Supervisor with New Therapy Perspectives, LLC, you will play a vital role in providing quality behavioral health services to adults and teens. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor, Mental Health and Counseling Specialist.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide clinical oversight and education to therapists as they offer services to clients with identified mental health, emotional health, or substance abuse conditions.
  • Guide therapists in engaging clients and their families/significant others through the mental health and substance dependency treatment process.
  • Ensure that therapists prepare high-quality case notes and documentation, including Initial Bio-Psychosocial Comprehensive Assessments, Treatment Plans, and other required documentation.
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, and participate in treatment planning to ensure the needs of clients and families are met throughout the continuity of care.
**Requirements:**
  • Master's Degree in a field related to mental health, social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Must be a licensed professional (LMFT-S, LPC-S, LIMSW, LISW-CP, or Psy.D).
  • Able to pass a Level II background check.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and state minimum required vehicle insurance coverage.
  • Being bilingual is a preferred skill for this position.
