We are seeking an ambitious Sales Hunter to drive new business growth and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
This role involves building relationships within accounts and exceeding sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, generating short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation.
Your success will depend on your ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, including Account Executives and Sales Development Reps, to prioritize closing new accounts and demonstrate value to key stakeholders.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading companies, helping them assess, place, and train their salespeople. You will also partner with customer success and account managers to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Experience selling to executive-level clients and a background in the staffing industry is preferred.

- Demonstrate/sell value of Pareto to key stakeholders
- Competitive base salary of $85,000 per year
