Job Title: Physician Account Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Account Executive to join our team at SF Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing current business and targeting new opportunities in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through pre-call planning, post-call analysis, and consistent follow-up
- Target and secure new business opportunities
- Provide expert support and guidance to new and existing accounts
- Increase discretionary business through insurance access
- Partner with Physician Account Manager on complex issues or when face-to-face support is required
- Prepare and present proposals and bids
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Complete administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Five years of experience in sales or with account ownership
- Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and general economics of business
- Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Solid PC skills, including Microsoft software
- Valid driver's license and good motor vehicle record
Work Environment:
This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel to training locations. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and a proven track record of sales success in the healthcare industry.
