Your Role:

You'll be responsible for conducting daily outreach to qualified prospects, developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle, building and nurturing a pipeline of prospects, and leveraging Salesforce and SalesLoft for reporting and recording sales activities.

You'll also use data insights to optimize prospecting strategies, follow processes to update and maintain data integrity in CRM, and provide regular reports on monthly and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What We're Looking For:

A proven hunter mentality, excellent understanding of sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management, and strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. You'll be highly organized, with demonstrated attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer service-oriented approach to B2B sales.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Slack is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary ($180,000 - $200,000), company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage, company-sponsored 401(k), Commuter & Wellness Reimbursement, and Competitive PTO.
