Front Desk Agent

At The Dunlin, we're seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for our guests' stay, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests, facilitating smooth check-in/check-out processes, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Handling room reservations, confirming guest details, assigning rooms, and communicating special requests or accommodations to relevant departments.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Processing payments, verifying payment information, and handling financial transactions accurately.
  • Serving as a central point of communication, relaying messages between guests and other hotel departments, and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and requests.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role
