Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at New Castle Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check guests in and out, handling room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about hotel amenities and services, and make recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards and protocols.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
