Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager at Heartland, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our cutting-edge financial tech products.

  • Attend meetings with financial institution partners to discuss product solutions and identify areas for growth.
  • Cultivate leads and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of product solutions.
  • Utilize Atlas, our sales enablement tool, to manage sales activities and track progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with financial institution partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial industry trends and regulations.
