Strategic Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Facilities Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise construction and renovation projects.
- Engage, communicate, and manage general contractors and workers.
- Develop, maintain, and execute routine maintenance schedules.
- Ensure facilities are compliant with safety, fire, and other regulations.
- Provide essential administrative support to the executive team.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and track inventory of equipment such as PC, Mac, printers, phones, etc.
- Assist in setting up office equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Oversee all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify facility needs and develop solutions.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to facility operations.
- College degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, and handling compliance and permits.
- Experience in construction, renovations, and dealing with contractors.
- Electrical experience and construction knowledge preferred.
- Ability to assemble furniture, shelving, and possess handy work skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bilingual (English) preferred.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
