HR Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a seasoned HR Operations Manager to lead our team at RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy. This role is responsible for managing the core functions of HR, including recruiting, training, payroll, and benefits administration.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR management, with a strong understanding of operational processes and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee training programs to ensure team performance and clarity in job expectations.
- Facilitate payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other resources to support team success.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure financial accuracy.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our company values.
- Perform facilities management duties, including office maintenance and IT support.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, including recruiting, employee training, and development.
- Proven experience in operational management, with a focus on process documentation and SOP implementation.
- Basic understanding of financial processes, including AR/AP.
- Experience building compensation and benefits programs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to align teams with company values.
- High self-accountability and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated alignment with RedRovers core values.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
