Location Description
Our Candlewood Suites Hotel is located near Michigan State University's Executive Education Center, offering guests access to the adjacent University Club dining facilities, health club, day care, and recreational facilities.
Your Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in our guests' experiences.
- Interact with all guests, welcoming them to our hotel and assisting with luggage and check-in.
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining our amenities and fun facts about our hotel.
- Work with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience.
- Assist lobby attendants in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
