Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a talented Client Relationship Executive to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Agency. As a key member of our business insurance team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing and implementing insurance strategies, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or risk management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business insurance, preferably in a similar role.
- Valid California Fire & Casualty license and a valid Driver's license.
- CPCU or CIC designation preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods, as well as the use of office equipment such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.
- Travel to client sites will be required, usually within driving distance, but may occasionally consist of a 1 to 2 night stay.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is $84,700 - $180,800 per annum, depending on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Additionally, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
