Revenue Growth Executive

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Revenue Growth Executive to join our team at Enthusiast Report Magazine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through advertising sales, event sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, preferably within media, publishing, events, cigars, spirits or luxury lifestyle industries. They possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a deep understanding of advertising sales and sponsorship opportunities. A passion for cigars, wine, spirits, and luxury experiences is a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identifying, prospecting, and securing new advertising clients and sponsors.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborating with editorial, marketing, and event teams to deliver integrated advertising and sponsorship solutions.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts, tracking sales performance, and providing regular updates to leadership.
- Attending industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings as required.
