Job Summary

BTIG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Access Coordinator to support the Corporate Access team in managing and executing administrative aspects of in-person and virtual corporate marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, executing events, and providing stakeholders with timely updates and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event logistics, including invitations, registration platforms, and meeting schedules
  • Support onsite and virtual conferences, including website portal creation, company and investor invitation management, and analytics distribution
  • Organize corporate breakfasts and lunches for onsite meetings
  • Provide stakeholders with timelines, feedback, and status updates for each event
  • Solicit investor feedback and prepare post-Roadshow Feedback Reports
  • Manage event budgets, meeting materials, and marketing material inventory
  • Keep track of all metrics and meeting details, including past and upcoming events
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

BTIG offers competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses.
