Porter Group is seeking recent entry-level graduates to join their Leadership Development program. This 6-8 month training program will provide you with the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain valuable experience in a corporate services environment.

During the program, you will be trained in 3-4 different cities across the US and will have the opportunity to work with a fully furnished apartment and rental car. Upon completion of the program, you will be offered a General Manager position at one of their offices in a major US city.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance, business, management or accounting and examples of success leading others. Strong preference is given to collegiate athletes, sorority/fraternity presidents, and others with proven leadership throughout college.

This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to start their career who has the flexibility to move as needed.

Moving/relocation is a requirement for this position. Must be open to all US cities.
