Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's unique culinary identity
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with our food and beverage team to create seamless dining experiences for our guests
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and maintenance to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards and policies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or hotel
  • 2 or 4-year degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
  • Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
