Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Lexus product offerings, including features, options, and technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience for every customer.
- Work closely with our Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Professional appearance and a clean driving record.
- Ability to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
