Sales Leadership Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional who embodies leadership qualities and a strong work ethic. As a Lead Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and cultivating a strong client base, reflecting our principle of leading by example. Your initial focus will be on mastering and executing our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, requiring relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement. As you gain expertise, opportunities will arise to assume additional responsibilities, including training and mentoring incoming team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Master and proficiently execute our B2B sales process
- Train and mentor incoming team members
Requirements:
- Resolute, self-assured, and proactive individual
- Exhibiting discipline and determination; demonstrating a penchant for independent work
- Proficient in handling objections and closing sales, unfazed by setbacks
- Committed to dedicating 40-45 hours weekly to this role
- Demonstrating a history of exemplary performance
- Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers
Additional Qualifications:
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle-3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions
