Sales Representative Opportunity at Toyota/Lexus of Knoxville

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Toyota/Lexus of Knoxville. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting a vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base
  • Provide expert knowledge of Toyota and Lexus products, including features, options, and latest technology
  • Conduct high-quality vehicle demonstrations and presentations
  • Follow up with customers to ensure referral business and gather feedback
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives and stay up-to-date on sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products and technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen
