Lexus Parts Sales Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Toyota/Lexus of Knoxville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right parts, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-level service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

* Assist customers in selecting required parts, providing expert knowledge and recommendations.

* Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensuring they are exposed to our full product line.

* Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information to customers.

* Pull and fill orders from stock, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

* Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.

* Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders if necessary.

* Notify the service advisor and customer when special-ordered parts have been received.

* Follow up on back-ordered parts, ensuring timely delivery.

* Replenish assigned inventory daily, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

* Assist outside sales representatives with their orders, providing exceptional support.

* Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.

* Receive payment from retail customers, handling transactions efficiently.

* Issue credit for parts returned, verifying original invoices and pricing.

* Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up, ensuring smooth logistics.

* Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to dealership standards.

**Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* Experience in auto parts sales preferred.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
