About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lexus Sales Representative to join our team at Toyota/Lexus of Knoxville. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and service experiences, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Provide personalized sales experiences to customers, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to delivery and beyond.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a luxury brand.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
