Job Title: SIC Electrical Foreman

Job Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to oversee projects in various locations. This role is crucial for ensuring that electrical installations and repairs are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement new or modified electrical installations, ensuring compliance with specifications and local electrical codes.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned electrical craft workers.
  • Interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and job orders relevant to the area of supervision.
  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations among team members.
  • Establish and adjust work sequences to align with project schedules, utilizing knowledge of equipment capacities and personnel capabilities.
  • Analyze project schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for job completion.
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Identify and resolve work-related issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate time records for all personnel.
  • Inspect the quality of completed work to ensure it meets specifications.
  • Utilize personal judgment to assess information based on measurable standards.
  • Work within defined accuracy limits and standards.
  • Recognize and respond to hazardous conditions or situations promptly.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of the work area, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Travel may be required for project needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Completion of all required safety and job training as mandated by the company.
  • Adherence to safety and quality processes at all times.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to utilize all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and lift up to fifty pounds.
  • Work conditions may include office environments, warehouses, and outdoor settings with exposure to various elements.
  • Capability to access all areas of the job site, including elevated positions and confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform essential functions, including standing for extended periods and working in challenging positions.
