Position Overview:

  • In the role of Construction Project Administrator, you will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with our subcontractors to facilitate seamless collaboration throughout various construction initiatives. Your duties will encompass assisting Project Managers and Site Supervisors with a range of administrative responsibilities, including project initiation, subcontractor management, invoice monitoring, billing preparation, and project completion.

Required Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-driven with the capability to manage urgent tasks autonomously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Experience in financial oversight.
